This is the translation of the court’s decision to refuse the application to have the case reopened. It is a big disappointment for sure but we have appealed the decision and there are avenues after that, so it isn’t over yet. I am sure there will be many of you, as myself, who will have a lot to say on what is written here, but again I would ask that we let things take their course and let the appeal go through the system. The reference to dates at the bottom are to earlier attempts to reopen the case which, as it states, were ignored. This is because they did not follow the correct procedures and were therefore not registered:-
